Even if the snowfall has weakened, there is a storm of westerly winds blowing in the Alpine. It is necessary to pay close attention to the slab that the wind descends on the valley muscle and forms.
Weather
The Japan Meteorological Agency is forecasting westerly winds, snow, and a maximum temperature of 3°C (elevation 13m) for the Joetsu region of Niigata prefecture. At Myoko Sasagamine (elevation 1310m), the temperature is -11 ℃ (as of 5:00), 56 cm in the past 12 hours, and 80 cm snowfall in the past 24 hours.
