Afterwards, at lower elevations, the sun also entered in the afternoon, and stabilization progressed in the affected places. But on the other hand, at high altitudes, the low density of snow on the 20th is the snow of this time of stormy weather, or even below the wind slab, so it is necessary to assess its condition carefully enough.

The Japan Meteorological Agency is forecasting northern Nagano prefecture's northern wind, sunny weather, and a maximum temperature of 1℃ (elevation 418m). At the foot of Mt. Hakuba (elevation 703m), the temperature is -16.4℃ (as of 5:00), and there is no new snowfall in the past 12 hours.
