Snowpack
The snow in the most recent stormy weather has settling and is proceeding with sintering. No instability that seems to be a problem has been observed below the middle snowfall. On the other hand, glide cracks have appeared in a wide area at low elevations, and care must be taken.
Weather
The Japan Meteorological Agency predicts southern winds, rear and northern winds, cloudy, snow or rain from the evening, and a maximum temperature of 6 degrees (elevation 13 m) for the Joetsu region of Niigata prefecture.
