Travel and Terrain Advice

The wind is very strong and snowfall is predicted in the future. We recommend that you stay in the tree line where slopes are slower and winds are less severe. Even if you are on a low slope yourself, watch out for avalanches from large start zones overhead. Deep gullies, cliffs, rocks, standing trees, and other "terrain traps" that can increase damage even if the size of the avalanche that occurs is small are exposed
