Travel and Terrain Advice

Watch out for storm slabs that have formed from the snowfall up to this morning. The snow has cooled and is in very good condition, so low-angle slopes can be enjoyable. When visibility is poor, think carefully about whether there are any large start zones above you. Principle behaviors, such as stopping at safe spots and skiing one at a time, will reduce the damage of accidents. "Terrain traps" lurk in the forest. Imagine what is under the snowpack and choose a safe line.
