Travel and Terrain Advice
Continued vigilantes is required as the snow coverage continues to grows. Plenty of hazards remain just below the surface where the snow cover is thinner at lower elevations. Not all creek or river crossings are filled in at present.

Continue to investigate instability within the latest new snow. Pockets of isolated slab may be found in protected areas at higher elevations where storm snow totals are higher.

Avalanche
No new activity havs been observed.
Snowpack
The latest new snow appears to be settling and gaining strength with little slab quality found across the region. We continue to seek further information as the improving snow coverage allows us to travel further into the backcountry. Recent testing of the snow structure suggest a right side up snowpack in the Nittonupuri region on the 22nd of December.
Weather
Low west to northwest winds are expected in the coming days with warming temperatures. We expected to see further snow showers across the region into the early part of next week.
