Beware of inducing storm slabs on steep slopes due to new snowfall. Be careful in areas where there are few trees to support the snowpack and where the slope changes abruptly. Be careful of glide cracks on steep slopes, which are thinly concealed in some places, and of falls caused by stepping through them. Yesterday (8th), there were reports of observing numerous loose snow avalanche size 1 on steep slopes.
Snowpack
About 20-30 cm of snowfall due to stormy weather since the 7th has been placed on top of the low-density snowpack, which is gradually settling. At higher elevations, where bonding is less likely to occur, attention should be paid to boundary bonding. Below 1200m elevation, crusts are buried in all directions due to the recent rainfall and warming.
