Snowpack In Alpine variable. Still haimatsu poking up especially exposed areas. Gullies are filled in and just skiable. Above 1,400 m 130 HS. Pit dug on NW aspect Furanodake-Giant @ 1,400 m; 50 cm F-4F PP overlies 10 cm FC layer. Below this is 45 cm 1F RG. CTM13@35on+, CTH23@60on❏. Below 1,400 m HS 120 cm. 20-30 cm PP overlies supportive 3cm RC (Dec 17).
